- Representation from Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Teachers,Gazetted Officers, Workers and Pensioners, Hyderabad , dated 02.06.2014, addressed to Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana, Hyderabad.
- General Administration (Services Welfare) Department, U.O.Note No. 13944-A/SW.1/A2/2014-1, dated 07-06-2014.
- In the reference 1st read above, the Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Teachers, Gazetted Officers, Workers and Pensioners, Hyderabad have represented to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, for deduction of One Day’s Basic Pay to Chief minister’s Relief Fund and Half Day’s Basic Pay for utilizing for the Welfare of Martyr’s Families of Telangana Movement and requested the Government for issue of necessary orders for the deductions from the salary of June, 2014 which is payable in the month of July, 2014.
- Accordingly, all the Heads of Departments, District Collectors and all Drawing and Disbursing Officers in the (10) Districts of Telangana State shall deduct One Day’s Basic Pay towards the contribution of the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and Half Day’s Basic Pay towards of contribution for utilizing the Welfare of Martyr’s Families of Telangana Movement from the salary of June, 2014 payable in the month of July, 2014.
- The amount One Day’s Basic Pay deducted shall be credited to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and Half Day’s Basic Pay for utilizing the Martyr’s Families of Telangana Movement under the following head of accounts by way of separate schedules by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers by attaching separate schedules to the pay bills for the month of June,2014.
(A) One Day’s Basic for Chief Relief Fund : Head of Account : 8443 – Civil Deposits 800 – Other Deposits 02 - C.M. Relief Fund.
(B) Half Day’s Basic for Welfare of Martyr’s Families of Telangana Movement: Head of Account: 8443 – Civil Deposits 800 – Other Deposits SH(30) -Welfare of Martyr’s Families (to be opened)
- All the Treasury Officers, Pay and Accounts Officers and Pay and Accounts Officers of (Works & Projects) in the (10) Districts of Telangana State shall ensure that the correct deductions are made from the Pay bills as above and the amounts credited to the respected Head of Account.
- The Director of Treasuries & Accounts of Telangana State, Hyderabad, Pay and Accounts Officer, Telangana State, Hyderabad and Director of Works & Accounts of Telangana, Hyderabad shall personally responsible to ensure that full deductions are made and remitted in to the “Chief Minister’s Relief Fund” and “Welfare of Martyr’s Families Fund” and inform the same to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Telangana State, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad and to the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Telangana State, Secretariat, Hyderabad without fail.
